CDU & Dry Coolers
Liquid cooling distribution units and dry coolers for high-density compute cabins.

- CDU capacity
- Up to 2.0 MW per unit
- Coolant
- Water-glycol or dielectric
- Redundancy
- N+1 reference
- Approach
- Site climate dependent
What sits inside
Liquid cooling distribution
The cooling loop connects the compute cabin to the outside plant. Rack-mounted or in-row CDUs circulate treated coolant to cold plates or immersion tanks, while dry coolers reject heat without process water where climate allows.

Final configuration subject to project design
CDU skid
Pumps, plate exchanger and controls.
Distribution headers
Supply and return to rack manifolds.
Dry cooler
Fan coil banks on a steel frame.
Pump station
Duty and standby pumps.
Leak detection
Sensors at low points and manifolds.
How it connects
Each cabin exposes a defined set of interfaces. The boundary is agreed before fabrication.
Where it is used
AI rack density
Cold plate loops above air-cooling limits.
Water-constrained site
Dry coolers avoid process water use.
Phased cooling
Add CDU capacity as cabins are populated.
